| 纽扣畸形（boutonniere deformity）是一种以近指间关节屈曲，远指间关节过伸为临床特点的畸形。纽扣畸形不同于其他手指肌腱损伤疾病，其解剖结构与损伤机制更为复杂。目前以保守治疗为主，同时有多种手术治疗方式，但损伤范围及程度的不同决定各种治疗方式的效果并不确切。本文对于近年来的主要治疗方法进行综述。 |

| Boutonniere deformity is a kind of deformity characterized by flexion of proximal interphalangeal joint and hyperextension of distal interphalangeal joint. Boutonniere deformity is different from other finger tendon injury diseases, and its anatomical structure and injury mechanisms are more complex. At present, conservative treatment is the main treatment, meanwhile there are many surgical treatment approaches. However, the different extent and degree of injury determines the effect of various treatment. This article reviews the main treatment methods published in recent years. |
