| 近几年来牙齿作为植骨材料在基础和临床中均得到了广泛的研究。现阶段自体牙骨移植材料（autogenous tooth bone graft materials，AutoBT）在植骨之前需要脱矿等一系列处理后方可应用。因此最近有学者将拔除的自体牙牙根（autogenous tooth root，AT-R）塑形后以块状的形式直接用于牙槽嵴骨增量技术中。本文对AT-R作为植骨材料在口腔种植外科牙槽嵴骨增量中的研究现状作一综述。 |

| In recent years, tooth as a kind of bone-grafting material is popular in basic and clinical research. Autogenous tooth bone graft materials (AutoBT) need to be treated such as demineralization before using for grafting. Recently, some researchers shape the autogenous tooth root after extraction and use them as bone block materials for grafting in alveolar ridge bone augmemtation for implant surgery directly. This article reviews the autogenous tooth root as bone-grafting material in alveolar ridge bone augmemtation for implant surgery. |
