摘要:

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的亚生育状态困扰着许多夫妇，随着辅助生殖技术的不断发展，越来越多的PCOS不孕患者选择接受体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）助孕。IVF-ET作为一种不孕症的治疗方式，为PCOS患者带来了希望，但PCOS患者病情复杂、多样，促使卵泡发育的促性腺激素（Gn）剂量和导致卵巢过度刺激（OHSS）发生的剂量非常接近，使得临床工作极富挑战。因此，临床上治疗PCOS不孕症患者需要选择一种合适的促排卵方案，以获得高的妊娠率和低并发症发生率。促排卵方案各有其优缺点，目前没有哪一种方案能够推广成为公认最适宜PCOS患者的促排卵方案。本文综述了较适宜的五种促排方案的优缺点，以期指导临床。

Abstract:

Many couples are troubled by the subreproductive state of the patients who have Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). With the development of assisted reproductive technology, more and more infertile PCOS patients choose to receive in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) technology. IVF-ET, as a mainstream treatment method, brings hope to PCOS patients. However, the conditions of PCOS patients are complex and diverse. The dose of Gondotropin(Gn) which promotes follicular development is similar to the ovarian hyperstimulation (OHSS), this is a great challenge for clinical doctors. Therefore, the controlled ovarian hyper-stimulation(COH) protocols are needed to be carefully chosen to get a higher pregnancy rate and lower risk . There is no one which can be popularized as the most suitable COH protocols for PCOS patients, because different COH protocols have their own advantages and disadvantages. This paper summarizes five suitable protocols in order to guide the clinical.
