| 目前胸腺瘤标准的手术方式为胸腺扩大切除术，包括完整切除胸腺和纵隔脂肪组织。常用手术方法包括经胸骨正中切口的开放性手术方法、VATS（电视胸腔镜手术）和RATS(机器人辅助胸腔镜手术)。研究发现机器人辅助手术系统作为最新型的微创技术在胸腺瘤手术方面具有诸多的优势，本文将RATS与VATS以及开放性手术的应用进行对比，综述了达芬奇机器人手术系统在胸腺瘤手术中的应用现状。 |

| Currently, the standard surgical procedure for thymoma is extended thymectomy, which includes complete excision of thymus and mediastinal adipose tissue. Common surgical methods include median sternotomy, video-assisted thoracic surgery and robot-assisted thoracic surgery. It has been found that robot-assisted surgery system, as the latest minimally invasive technique, has many advantages in thymoma surgery. In this paper, the application of Da Vinci robot surgery system in thymoma surgery is summarized, and RATS, VATS and open surgery are compared and analyzed. |
