摘要:

富血小板纤维蛋白（platelet rich fibrin，PRF）是通过自体全血离心获得的第二代血小板浓缩液，是由纤维蛋白构成的三维网状结构，富含多种生长因子，具有较高的再生潜力及抗炎抗感染能力。近年来，PRF在口腔医学中应用越来越广泛，在口腔软硬组织的再生、牙髓炎的治疗及神经损伤修复等领域具有较好的应用前景。本文对PRF在口腔医学中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), is the second generation of platelet concentrate, which is obtained by autologous whole blood centrifugation. It is a three-dimensional network structure which contains fibrin and various growth factors with high regeneration potential, anti-inflammatory and anti-infective ability. In recent years, PRF has been widely applied in stomatology. Moreover, it has good application prospects in the regeneration of oral soft and hard tissues, the treatment of pulpitis and the repair of nerve injury, and so on. We reviewed the progress of PRF application in stomatology.
