超声评估阴茎勃起功能障碍的研究进展

摘要:
目前超声评估血管性阴茎勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction, ED)的方法有两种,一种为传统的彩色多普勒超声诊断技术(color duplex ultrasonography, CDU)检查,一种为剪切波弹性成像技术(shear wave elastography, SWE)。CDU检查目前是公认的诊断血管性ED的“金标准”。SWE对阴茎海绵体的应用目前还处于探索阶段,临床效果还需进一步用大数据多中心的临床研究及检查操作的规范标准化来检验。除了操作者的按压力量会影响数值的准确性外,患者的呼吸活动度、检查者的操作手法及工作经验、感兴趣区域位置及大小的选择等都可能对结果造成影响。

Abstract:
At present, there are two methods to evaluate vascular erectile dysfunction by ultrasound. One is the traditional color doppler ultrasonography (CDU), the other is the shear wave elastography (SWE). Currently, CDU is recognized as the "gold standard" in the diagnosis of vascular erectile dysfunction .The application of SWE in the cavernosa of the penis is still in the exploratory stage, and the clinical effect needs to be further tested by the clinical research of multi-center and the standardization of examination operation. Besides the operator's compressive force, the Patient's respiratory activity, the examiner's manipulation and work experience, the location and size of the area of interest may affect the accuracy of the results.
