| 腹腔高压和腹腔间隔室综合征是ICU内常见的危重症，病死率较高。腹腔压力监测可以反映腹腔压力的变化，早期发现腹腔高压和腹腔间隔室综合征，及时有效的干预可以减少并发症的发生，降低患者的病死率。本文对腹腔压力监测在ICU中的临床应用情况进行综述，介绍目前常用的腹腔压力监测方法。 |

| Intra-abdominal hypertension and abdominal compartment syndrome are common critical diseases in ICU with high mortality. Intra-abdominal pressure monitoring can monitor the changes of the intra-abdominal pressure, early detect intra-abdominal hypertension and the abdominal compartment syndrome, and trigger timely and effective intervention to reduce complications and the mortality of patients. In this paper, we will discuss the status of clinical application of intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in ICU and introduce the common methods of monitoring. |
