摘要:

乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移是患者预后的独立危险因素，因此腋窝淋巴结转移的早期诊断及个体化预测是至关重要的。随着影像诊断技术的进步，磁共振功能成像包括扩散加权成像、动态增强磁共振成像、磁共振波谱成像等越来越广泛的用于乳腺疾病的鉴别及诊断。现就磁共振功能成像评估乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移方面的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:

Axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer is an independent risk factor of prognosis. Early diagnosis and individualized prediction of axillary lymph node metastasis are critical. With the development of imaging diagnostic technology, functional magnetic resonance imaging including diffusion weighted imaging, dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging et al, has been widely used in the identification and diagnosis of breast diseases. This article reviews the research progress of functional magnetic resonance imaging in the evaluation of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer.
