灌注技术在小胰腺癌血流动力学评价中的作用

摘要:
胰腺癌的恶性程度高,早期诊断率低,预后较差。常规影像学技术对体积较大的进展期胰腺癌肿块的诊断价值较高,已广泛应用于临床诊疗中。然而体积较小的胰腺癌的早期诊断一直存在一定难度, CT、MRI、超声和PET-CT灌注技术可以从功能学角度反映肿瘤组织的微循环特征,在胰腺癌尤其是小胰腺癌的早期诊断及预后评价方面发挥重要作用。本文通过总结近年来多种灌注技术在胰腺癌血流动力学评价方面的研究,为早期诊断胰腺癌尤其是小胰腺癌及其预后评价提供新思路。

Role of perfusion techniques in hemodynamic assessment of small pancreatic carcinoma

Abstract:
Pancreatic cancer is highly malignant, the early diagnosis rate is low and the prognosis is poor. Conventional imaging techniques have a high diagnostic value for large progressive pancreatic cancer and have been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment. However, early diagnosis of small pancreatic cancer is difficult. CT, MRI, ultrasound and PET-CT perfusion techniques can reflect the microcirculation characteristics of tumor tissue from functional perspective, which play an important role in early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of pancreatic cancer, especially on small pancreatic cancer. In this article, we have summarized the research of various perfusion techniques in the hemodynamic evaluation of pancreatic cancer in recent years, to provide a new idea for early diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of pancreatic cancer, especially small pancreatic cancer.
