| 寨卡（ZIKA）病毒感染相关神经系统并发症为目前的研究热点，尤其是与之相关的吉兰-巴雷综合征和小头畸形。诊断寨卡病毒感染主要通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应，影像学检查可提高合并神经系统并发症诊断的准确率。然而，目前尚无针对寨卡病毒感染的特效药物及疫苗。因寨卡病毒感染与神经系统疾病密切相关，本文就寨卡病毒的流行特征、神经系统并发症、诊断及治疗等方面进行综述。 |

| The neurological complications associated with ZIKA virus infection are currently the focus of research, especially the related Guillain-Barré syndrome and microcephaly. Diagnosis of ZIKA virus infection is mainly by virus detection with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Imaging examination can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of complications of the nervous system. However, there are currently no specific drugs and vaccines for ZIKA virus infection. Because ZIKA virus infection is closely related to nervous system diseases, we reviewed the epidemic characteristics of ZIKA virus, neurological complications, diagnosis and treatment. |
