多酚是天然抗氧化剂,具有两个重要的生理效应,清除自由基和影响酶的表达。2型糖尿病的发病主要与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛素分泌异常有关。氧化应激可影响胰岛素的敏感性或直接影响β-细胞数量,与糖尿病的发生有关。多酚可以通过抗氧化及调节糖代谢酶的活性等方面预防糖尿病的发生。本文对多酚抗糖尿病作用的研究进展作一综述。 |

Polyphenols are natural antioxidants, have two important physiological effects, scavenging free radicals and affecting the expression of enzymes. The incidence of diabetes is mainly related to insulin resistance and insulin secretion. Oxidative stress can affect the sensitivity of insulin or directly affect the amount of pancreatic β-cells, which is related to the occurrence of diabetes. Polyphenols can prevent the occurrence of diabetes by antioxidant and regulating the activity of glucose metabolism enzymes. Here, we review the progress of the effect of polyphenols on diabetes. |
