摘要:

垂体无功能腺瘤缺乏典型的临床症状，在临床中很难及时发现，往往因为巨大的垂体腺瘤出现压迫和侵袭症状而被临床医生诊断。无功能垂体大腺瘤的治疗首选手术治疗，根据腺瘤的解剖部位及影像学检查结果，选择最佳的手术方式。由于手术难度大，全切率低，复发率高，通常需要术后辅助相关药物和放射治疗，以期达到最佳治疗效果。本文对无功能垂体大腺瘤的诊断和治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract:

It’s difficult for early diagnosis of non-functioning pituitary adenoma clinically because of lacking of typical clinical symptoms. They are usually detected only when symptoms associated with compression and invasion appear. At present, surgery is the first-line treatment for non-functioning pituitary macroadenoma. It has been shown that appropriate surgical approach combined with advanced microscopic surgery technology and instruments contributes to total resection of tumors, and patients with invasive non-functional pituitary large adenoma need adjuvant chemotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy due to high recurrence rate and difficulty of total removal. In this paper, we will review the diagnosis and treatment of non-functioning pituitary macroadenoma.
