基因与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要:
RUNX1(Runt-related transcription factor 1)是RUNX转录因子家族成员之一,定位于21q22,包含138个氨基酸Runt同源功能区,研究发现RUNX1在肝癌、胃癌中发挥抑癌作用,而在非小细胞肺癌、子宫内膜癌中发挥促癌作用,在不同亚型的乳腺癌中发挥抑癌或促癌作用。而RUNX1作为重要的转录因子,主要通过直接或间接调控TGFβ、Wnt、BMP等信号转导通路发挥作用。

Research progress on relationship between cancer and RUNX1 genes

Abstract:
RUNX1 (Runt - related transcription factor 1) is one of the members of the RUNX transcription factor family, located at 21q22. RUNX1 plays important roles in deciding the direction of cell lineage differentiation, the formation of normal hematopoietic cells and stem cell proliferation. It has been found that RUNX1 plays a role of tumor suppressor gene in liver cancer and gastric cancer, oncogene in endometrial carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer, either tumor suppressor or oncogene in different subtypes of breast cancer. RUNX1 as an important transcription factor plays important function through direct or indirect regulation of TGF beta, Wnt and BMP signal transduction pathways.
