Wnt信号转导通路与肝纤维化关系的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 肝纤维化是十分复杂的病理过程,其本质是肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSCs)的活化和细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的过度沉积。目前认为HSCs的活化与多种信号通路的激活相关。相关研究证实Wnt信号转导通路在调控肝脏病理生理的过程中起到重要作用,阻断该通路可以抑制HSCs的增殖及诱导其凋亡。本文就Wnt信号转导通路与肝纤维化关系的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Liver fibrosis is a dynamic process involving increased deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM) and activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs). Activation of HSCs is related many signaling pathways.Wnt signaling pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of liver fibrosis, and blockage of this signaling pathway could inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of HSCs.This article will review the relationship between the Wnt signaling pathway and liver fibrosis in recent years.
