[摘要] 乳腺癌是威胁现代社会妇女的常见疾病。化疗在乳腺癌的治疗中具有非常重要的作用,但化疗过程中应用的细胞毒药物缺乏选择性,在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,对快速增殖的正常细胞特别是免疫细胞也有很大的杀伤作用。现在各种动物实验、流行病学调查及临床的实验研究都表明,1,25(OH)2D3及其类似物除了调节钙磷骨代谢之外,还具有更广泛的生理功能,其作用主要包括:参与免疫调节以及在癌症中预防和治疗的作用。本文就1,25(OH)2D3对改善乳腺癌化疗后机体细胞免疫功能的研究进展进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Breast cancer is a disease that causes a common threaten to women’s health in modern society. Chemotherapy has played very important roles in the treatment of breast cancer. However,cytotoxic drugs in the process of chemotherapy are lack of selectivity and kill not only tumor cells but also the rapidly proliferating normal cells, especially immune cells. In nowadays animal studies, early epidemiologic and clinical studies have supported potential roles of 1,25(OH)2D3 and its analogs not only in the regulation of calcium-phosphate and bone metabolism in maintaining immune system balance, but also in immune regulation and in the prevention and treatment of cancer. This review summarizes the research progress of 1,25(OH)2D3 in improving cellular immune function of breast cancer patients after chemotherapy. |
