| [摘要] 周围神经源性肿瘤是常见的软组织肿瘤，高频超声可以清晰显示主要的周围神经，不同的周围神经肿瘤的超声图像有着不同的特点，依据肿瘤的声像图特征可以对不同的周围神经源性肿瘤进行鉴别诊断。本文就周围神经的超声检查方法及正常超声图像、常见的周围神经良恶性肿瘤超声特征进行综述。 |

| [Abstract] Peripheral neurogenic tumour is a common soft connective tissue tumor. High-frequency ultrasound can distinctly show the major peripheral nerves. Different types of peripheral neurogenic tumours have their specific performance in sonogram. They can be distinguished based on sonographic features. This article reviews the scanning method and normal ultrasound images of peripheral nerve, and summarizes the application of high-frequency ultrasound in distinguishing benign and malignant peripheral neurogenic tumour. |
