| [摘要] 目前，约40%以上的人群患有错牙合 畸形。对于严重的骨性错牙合畸形，需采用正颌外科的方法进行治疗。本文综述了正畸正颌联合治疗术前术后正畸的目的、治疗原则和治疗过程等。术前术后正畸与正颌外科设计方案应紧密结合，满足外科手术移动颌骨后建立良好面部外形、咬合关系及功能的需要。 |

| [Abstract] Currently, more than 40% of the population suffer from malocclusion. For severe skeletal malocclusion, orthognathic surgery combined with orthodontics is required for the treatment. The paper reviews the purpose, principle and process of orthodontic treatment before and after surgery. The orthodontics should be combined with the surgery plan to get normal occlusion, aesthetics and function. |
