贵州铜仁苗族和土家族与遵义汉族女性青年骨代谢生化标志物分析

摘要:
目的 了解贵州铜仁地区少数民族与汉族青年骨代谢生化标志物的特点及差异性,为青少年生长发育提供资料。 方法 本研究采取整群随机抽样的方法,抽取了年龄在18~20岁的来自铜仁的28名苗族、38名土家族和40名汉族女性青年,检测了骨钙素(OC)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、血清钙和磷水平,并同时测定了她们的身高和体重。 结果 铜仁地区苗族和土家族女性OC和BAP水平高于汉族,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05),且血清钙磷及身高和体重也都低于汉族,其中苗族组血清钙、身高和体重显著低于汉族组(P<0.01)。土家族组在各项指标均比苗族组高,但仅BAP和体重差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。本研究血清钙磷乘积与OC呈负相关(P<0.05),而OC与BAP呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。 结论 铜仁苗族、土家族与遵义汉族女性青年在OC、BAP、血清钙、身高及体重上有明显种族差异,苗族与汉族间差异比土家族与汉族间差异较大,数据表明土家族在各指标上接近汉族。

Analysis of the biochemical markers of bone metabolism of Guizhou Tongren Miao and Tujia and Guizhou Han young female

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To understand the characteristics and differences about bone metabolism biochemical markers of youth in the Guizhou Tongren area and to provide the data of the young growth development.  Methods In this paper, 28 Miao, 38 Tujia and 40 Han nationality health males at the age of 18-20 years old health female college students from the Tongren area were selected. Their height, weight and levels of OC, BAP, total calcium and phosphorus were tested.  Results The data show that OC and BAP levels in Tongren female are higher than the Han nationality, with statistical significance (P<0.05). And the levels of serum calcium, phosphorus, body height and weight were lower than that of Han. Compare with Han nationality, Miao have significant difference (P<0.01) in their total calcium, phosphorus, height and weight. All indexes in Tujia female are higher than Miao, but only BAP and weight with statistical significance (P<0.05). There are negative correlations between total calcium-phosphorus product and OC (P<0.05), while the OC and BAP were significantly positively correlated (P<0.01).  Conclusion There are ethnic differences in OC, BAP, calcium and height and weight among nationalities of Miao, Tujia and Han in Zunyi young female. The difference between Miao and Han is larger then it between Miao and Tujia. The data show that Tujia is closer to the Han nationality.
