摘要: |
有限元法是口腔正畸学中力学研究的有效的分析工具,是研究应力分布以及位移的最好的方法之一。而在牙颌面功能矫形中,明确了矫形力在口腔颌面部的应力分布和位移方向,才能够更好的运用各种矫治器。本文分别从对下颌骨和上颌骨力学作用的角度综述了功能矫治器应用有限元法研究的作用和成果,探讨了前导下颌的功能矫治器的作用和应力分布等问题,颏兜对颞下颌关节和下颌生长的影响,以及扩弓装置和上颌牵引装置对上颌骨各处骨缝的作用,并对近年来有关的研究进展作一概述。

[Abstract] The finite element method is a effective analysis tool of machanics reseach in orthodontics and dentalofacial orthopedic,and one of the best methods studying the stress distribution as well as displacement.It is better to use various of appliances to explicit orthopedic force's stress distribution and displacement in functional dentalofacial orthopedic.This article summaries the reseach function and achievement of functional appliance using the FEM;discusses the function and stress distribution of the functional appliance leading the mandibular and so on;the influence of chin-cup to the temporomandibular joint and mandibular growth and the expanding arch and maxillary headgear appliances'influence to sutures of maxillary. This article makes an outline to the related research development in recent years. |
