化学发光法检测特异性梅毒抗体的S/CO值的实验室评价

摘要:
目的 确定化学发光法检测特异性梅毒抗体的S/CO临界值。  方法 161份标本同时进行化学发光法和TPPA法检测,通过ROC曲线找出最佳S/CO值。  结果 S/CO为 1.0~5.19时,雅培i2000 阳性预测值为19.05%。最佳S/CO值为5.19时,雅培2000的阳性预测值为94.8%。  结论 雅培i2000最佳的S/CO值为5.19,建议S/CO值在1.0~5.19之间,进行TPPA确认试验。

Analysis of signal-to-cutoff ratios of syphilis detected by chemiluminescent assay

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To define the cutoff point of the S/CO ratio for screening syphilis 95% positive sample by automatic chemiluminescence assay.  Methods We collected 161 samples, and they were screened for syphilis by i2000 and were followed up with TPPA test. ROC curve was analyzed to determine the optimal S/CO ratio to predict syphilis.  Results We determined the S/CO ratios on 161 samples. Positive predictive values was 19.05% compared with TPPA results at the 1-5.19 S/CO. The optimal cutoff point was 5.19 S/CO by ROC curve, positive predictive value was 94.8%.  Conclusion We suggest that the cutoff point should be 5.19 S/CO. False positive results were mainly observed between 1-5.19 S/CO, therefore TPPA test should be performed.
