| 肝窦内皮细胞在肝纤维发生发展过程中具有重要作用。它主要通过表达相关细胞因子、介导肝脏炎症反应、活化星状细胞、参与细胞外基质的生成与降解、参与肝窦毛细血管化、调节肝脏血管等参与肝纤维化。本文就肝窦内皮细胞与肝纤维化的机制进行综述。 |

| Sinusoidal endothelial cells play an important role in the development of liver fibrogenesis. It is mainly through the expression of cytokines,mediation of liver inflammation,activation of hepatic satelliteell,involvment in the generation and degradation of extracellular matrix,participation in the sinusoidal capillarization and regulation of the liver vascular involved in liver fibrosis. |
