| 超抗原是一种功能非常活跃的蛋白质分子，能够刺激大量的T、B淋巴细胞活化，增强T、B淋巴细胞参与的免疫反应，从而增强机体的免疫力，因此超抗原的应用受到越来越多的关注，超抗原的免疫佐剂作用、提升细胞数量、尤其是超抗原疫苗的应用和抗肿瘤研究。本文主要综述了超抗原在应用方面的研究进展。 |

| Superantigen is a very active protein molecules. It can stimulate and activate a lot of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes, and enhance the immune response that T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes involve in, so as to increase the body's immunity. So people pay more and more attention on the application of superantigens,they have the effect of immune adjuvant and can promote the number of cells,
especially the application of superantigen vaccine and antitumor. This paper mainly summarized the advances in the application research of superantigens. |
