p53、C-erbB-2、VEGF-C和nm23在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要:
[目的] 探讨p53、C-erbB-2、VEGF-C和 nm23在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法检测100例乳腺癌组织及其癌旁正常乳腺组织活性标本中p53、C-erbB-2、VEGF-C和 nm23蛋白表达情况。[结果]乳腺癌组织和癌旁正常组织中p53、C-erbB-2、VEGF-C和 nm23蛋白阳性表达率分别为86.0%和30.0%、76.7%和25.0%、80.0%和20.0%, 30.0%和90.0%;p53和C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移、不同临床分期和癌分化程度上差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);VEGF-C蛋白阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小和癌分化程度上差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);nm23蛋白阳性表达在有无淋巴结转移上差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]p53、C-erbB-2和VEGF-C阳性表达是乳腺癌患者预后差的指标,nm23表达则提示乳腺癌患者预后较好,联合检测p53、C-erbB-2、VEGF-C和nm23有助于乳腺癌患者的治疗和预后判断。

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the expression and clinical significance of p53, C-erbB-2, VEGF-C and nm23 in breast cancer. [Methods] The expression of p53, C-erbB-2, VEGF-C and nm23 were examined in 100 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissue without chemotherapy by using SP immunohistochemical technique. [Results] In 100 cases of breast cancer and adjacent normal breast tissue, the positive rate of p53, C-erbB-2, VEGF-C and nm23 were 86.0% and 30.0%, 76.7% and 25.0%, 80.0% and 20.0%, 30.0% and 90.0%, respectively. There were significant difference in the positive rates of p53 and C-erbB-2 in different lymphatic metastasis, clinical stages and histological grade (P<0.05); The expression of VEGF-C was significantly related with lymphatic metastasis, tumor sizes and histological grade (P<0.05); It showed significant correlations of the positive rate of nm23 in lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05). [Conclusion] The expression of p53, C-erbB-2, VEGF-C and nm23 were positively related to the metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer, the combined detection of p53, C-erbB-2, VEGF-C and nm23 is valuable to predicting prognosis and guiding therapy of breast cancer.
