| [目的] 探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。[方法] 应用培美曲塞500 mg/m 2联合顺铂75 mg/m 2方案治疗34例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者。[结果] 总有效率达38.2%，其中初治组有效率为43.7%，复治组有效率为33.3%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、便秘及口腔黏膜炎等。[结论] 培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有较好疗效，毒副反应可耐受。 |

| [Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and side-effect of pemetrexed combined of cisplatin in the treat of non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] A total of 34 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer were involved. Pemetrexed was given at a dose of 500 mg/m 2，followed by cisplatin at a dose of 75 mg/m 2.[Results] Total efficacy was 38.2%. Among them the efficacy of the patients with current advanced non-small cell lung cancer was 43.7%,but the efficacy of recurrent patients was 33.3%.The main toxicities included bone marrow suppression, nausea and vomiting, constipation, etc. [Conclusion] Pemetrexed plus cisplatin is an effective regiment for advanced NSCLC with tolerable side-effect. |
