| 白细胞介素1（IL-1)是一种多功能细胞因子, 近来研究显示IL-1参与口腔种植体周围组织的炎性反应和免疫应答, 在种植体周围骨缺损重建以及种植体周围炎的发生发展过程中起重要作用，是影响种植修复成败的主要因素之一。本文就IL-1基因多态性与种植体周围炎的相关性研究进展作一综述。 |

| Interleukin-1 (IL-1) is a multi-functional cytokine which involves in inflammatory reaction and the immune response around the oral implants, and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of peri-implantitis. It is a key factor associated with implant success. The purpose of this study was to provide a literature review of a potential correlation between IL-1 polymorphism and peri-implantitis. |
