摘要:

轻度认知障碍（MCI）是介于正常老化和阿尔茨海默病(AD)之间的过渡阶段,有发展成AD的高度危险。MoCA能较全面评估MCI患者的认知功能，且可用于筛查MMSE得分正常的MCI患者。但其应用亦有一定的局限性，仍需要进行大样本量、多中心的试验。本文就MoCA的内容、特点及其在MCI中的应用和考评分析情况进行综述。

Abstract:

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a transitional stage between normal aging and Alzheimer′s disease (AD), having a high risk for progression to AD. The MoCA is a more highly sensitive scale for screening MCI in elderly patients，which allows comprehensive assessment of the cognitive function of MCI patients and is applicable in detecting MCl in patients with normal MMSE results．However, there are some limitations of its application, which require a large sample size and multi-center trials. This article reviews not only the content and characteristics of MoCA but also the application and the evaluation analysis of it in MCI.
