摘要:

[目的] 探讨体表心电图对急性下壁心肌梗死（AIMI）梗死相关动脉（infarct related artery, IRA）的诊断价值。[方法] 2005年1月—2011年6月初次确诊为急性下壁心肌梗死的患者432例，包括右冠状动脉闭塞组（RCA组）328例，左冠状动脉闭塞组（LCX组）104例。对432例患者的体表心电图各项参数进行分析，并计算各项参数对预测梗死相关动脉的敏感性和特异性。[结果] STⅢ↑>STⅡ↑、STaVL↓≥0.1 mV且 SaVL/RaVL>1/3对预测IRA为RCA的敏感性和特异性最高（分别为87.80%，87.80%和92.31%，92.31%）；STⅢ↑

Abstract:

[Objective] To determine whether electrocardiogram obtained on admission could identify left circumflex (LCX) or right coronary artery (RAC) occlusion as the cause of an acute inferior myocardial infarction (AIMI). [Methods] In this study, 432 patients were included. For continuous variables, the statistical significance of differences between groups was analyzed by unpaired Students t test.The chi-square test was used to compare differences between discrete variables. [Results] STⅢ↑>STⅡ↑ means the RCA as the IRA Se 87.80%, Sp 92.31%,STaVL↓≥0.1 mV and SaVL/RaVL>1/3 means the RCA as the IRA Se 87.80%, Sp 92.31%. STⅢ↑
