[目的]探讨香菇C91-3菌丝发酵液蛋白(LFP91-3)口服液的抑制肿瘤作用及机制。[方法]取60只昆明小鼠,随机分6组后进行S180荷瘤,并对荷瘤小鼠分别给予蒸馏水和不同剂量的LFP91-3口服,观察剂量对小鼠生存期的影响,确定LFP91-3的最适剂量。同时观察口服最适剂量后荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞增殖反应,血清IL-2和TNF-α含量的变化,以蒸馏水口服组为对照。[结果]LFP91-3口服液能延长荷瘤小鼠的生存期,且存在一定的剂量依赖关系。LFP91-3最适剂量组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖率,血清IL-2和TNF-α水平分别为(44.11±14.4)%,(48.33±16.7) pg/mL和(84.27±16.88) pg/mL,明显高于对照的蒸馏水组(18.04±8.72)%,(30.5±3.58)pg/mL和(35.05±17.29)pg/mL,P<0.05。[结论]LFP91-3口服液具有体内抑瘤作用,其抑瘤作用可能与机体免疫能力提高有关。 |

[Objective] The anti-tumor mechanism of oral protein liquid from C91-3 lentinus fermentative liquid (LFP91-3) was studied in this experiment.[Methods] Sixty mice in the S180 tumor models were randomly divieded into 6 groups and then were orally given LFP91-3 in different doses and water as control to research the effects of LFP91-3 liquid,on survival and find the optimal dose of the drug. Then lymphocyte proliferation, and serum content changes of IL-2 and TNF-α of the mice in the optimal dose group were observed in comparison to those in water group. [Results] Oral LFP91-3liquid could prolong the survival time of mice in the S180 tumor models, the spleen lymphocyte proliferation rate and serum IL-2 and TNF-α concentrations of the group with optimal dose of LFP91-3 were (44.11±14.4)%, (48.33±16.7) pg/mL, (84.27±16.88)pg/mL, respectively, being higher than those of group with water (18.04±8.72)%, (30.5±3.58) pg/mL, (35.05±17.29)pg/mL, (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Oral LFP91-3 liquid have potentiality to inhibit cancer, which maybe associate with immunity increasing effect of the drug. |
