摘要:

［目的］探讨结肠癌组织FHIT，Caspase-3及Survivin蛋白表达状况及其意义。［方法］免疫组化方法检测60例结肠癌组织和癌旁组织标本FHIT，Caspase-3及Survivin蛋白表达，并分析结肠癌3种蛋白表达间的相关性。［结果］结肠癌与癌旁组织，FHIT蛋白表达阳性率分别为31.9%和93.3%（P<0.05），Caspase-3蛋白表达阳性率分别为26.7%和85.0%（P<0.05），Survivin蛋白表达阳性率分别为81.7%和36.6%（P<0.05）。相关性分析结果显示：结肠癌组织FHIT蛋白表达同Caspase-3蛋白表达呈正相关关系（r=0.410，P=0.006），同Survivin蛋白表达呈负相关关系（r=-0.454，P=0.004）。［结论］结肠癌组织存在FHIT，Caspase-3蛋白表达缺失及Survivin蛋白过度表达。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the significance of FHIT,Caspase-3 and Survivin expressions protein in colon carcinoma.［Methods］The expressions of FHIT,Caspase-3 and Survivin proteins in 60 colon carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues were detected with immunohistochemistry.［Results］In carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rates of FHIT were 31.9% and 93.3% respectively (P<0.05),the rates of Caspase-3 were 26.7% and 85.0% respectively (P<0.05),while the rates of surviving were 81.7% and 36.6% respectively (P<0.05).There were positive correlation of FHIT protein expression to Caspase-3 protein (r=0.410,P=0.006),but negative to Survivin (r=-0.454,P=0.004).［Conclusion］There are loss expressions of FHIT and Caspase-3 proteins and overexpressions of Survivin protein in colon carcinoma.
