| 骨形态发生蛋白1（BMP-1）是一类金属蛋白酶，属于虾红素家族的成员。它们直接参与ECM 中的多种物质调控活动，从而直接或间接地影响着骨骼发生发展以及骨重建的过程和结局。多种蛋白和酶类都可作为BMP-1的底物，本文着重对BMP-1 的结构、生物学功能和作用机制等进行综述。 |

| Bone morphogenetic protein-1(BMP-1) is a member of metalloendopmteinase astacin family.They play key role in numerable activities in ECM, then affect the procedure and the result of osteogenesis and bone remodeling directly or indirectly.BMP-1 can cleave many proteins and enzymes.And this review will focus on the structure,biological function and mechanism of action about BMP-1. |
