| 微小RNA（miRNAs）是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA，在细胞增殖、分化、凋亡，代谢等多种生物学过程中都起到重要作用。miRNAs在乳腺癌中表达上调，可促进乳腺癌的发生、发展。循环miRNAs检测可能成为诊断乳腺癌的无创的、有效的生物标记物，而且miRNAs与一些抗肿瘤药物敏感性相关，使其可能成为具有潜力的治疗靶点。 |

| miRNAs are endogenous, non-coding small RNAs that play an important role in the many biological processes including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and ontogeny.miRNAs can promote the occurrence and advance of the breast cancer by upregulation the expression of miRNAs in breast cancer. Detection of circulating miRNAs may become non-invasive, effective biomarkers to diagnose the breast cancer. miRNAs also related to the sensitivity to anticancer drugs, and miRNAs would become a potential therapeutic target of the breast cancer. |
