免疫固定电泳技术在多发性骨髓瘤诊断及分型中的应用

摘要:
[目的]探讨免疫固定电泳技术在多发性骨髓瘤(MM)诊断及分型中的应用。[方法]收集30例患有MM的患者的血清进行相关检测。免疫固定电泳采用美国海伦那电泳仪进行检测及扫描;免疫球蛋白定量及血轻链检测:用西门子BNⅡ免疫分析仪以全自动方式进行速率散射比浊分析对MM患者的血清中免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)含量及血轻链进行测定。[结果]30例临床确诊的MM患者中有28例为免疫固定电泳阳性,阳性符合率93%。免疫固定电泳分型:IgGλ型10例,占35.71%;IgGκ型8例,占28.59%;IgAκ型4例,占14.29%;IgAλ型1例,占3.57%;游离的λ链4例,占14.29%;游离的κ链1例,占3.57%。[结论]免疫固定电泳技术对MM患者的诊断及分型具有重要意义。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate immunofixation electrophoresis technique in diagnosis and typing of multiple myeloma (MM) patients.[Methods]American HELENA agarose gel eletrophoresis technique was used for Immunofixation electrophoresis.The levels of immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA and IgM),light chain in 30 MM patient serum were measured by nephelometry method with Siemens BN Ⅱ.[Results]Twenty-eight of 30 MM patients showed fimmunofixation electrophoresis positive (93%).Serum immunofixation electrophoresis manifest there were IgG lambda in 10 cases (35.71%),IgG kappa in 8 cases (28.59%),IgA kappa in 4 cases (14.29%),IgA lambda in 1 case (3.57%) while free lambda chain in 4 cases (14.29%) and free kappa chain in 1 case (3.57%).[Conclusion]Immunofixation electrophoresis technique presents important clinic significance for the diagnosis and typing of patients with multiple myeloma.
