| ［目的］探讨还氧合酶-2（COX-2）、抑癌基因P16和肝细胞生长因子（HGF）在早期胃癌中表达的意义。［方法］用免疫组化方法检测正常胃黏膜、不典型增生胃黏膜、早期胃癌组织COX-2、P16 和HGF蛋白表达情况。［结果］在由正常胃黏膜到不典型增生，再到早期胃癌的演进过程中，COX-2和HGF蛋白表达呈上升趋势，P16蛋白表达呈下降趋势。COX-2、P16 和HGF的表达在正常胃黏膜与不典型增生胃黏膜间及不典型增生胃黏膜与早期胃癌组织间差异均有显著性意义；在早期胃癌组织中HGF与P16间及HGF与COX-2间的表达具有明显相关性。［结论］HGF与COX-2表达增高，P16 表达降低可能是早期胃癌发生过程中的分子事件。 |

| ［Objective］Investigate the significance of expressions of COX-2,P16 and HGF in early gastric cancer.［Methods］Expressions of COX-2、P16 and HGF were detected by immunohistochemistry in tissues,of normal gastric mucosa,gastric dysplasia and early gastric cancer.［Results］Through the development of normal gastric mucosa→gastric dysplasia→early gastric cancer,expressions of COX-2 and HGF were increasing,but that of P16 was decreasing.Expressions of COX-2,P16 and HGF among normal gastric mucosa,gastric dysplasia and early gastric cancer were significantly different.In early gastric cancer,the expression of HGF was related to those of P16,and COX-2 significently.［Conclusion］There were increasing expressions of both of COX-2 and HGF,and decreasing expression of P16 in the gastric carcinogenesis at early stage. |
