[目的]观察不同放射剂量对腮腺区脱细胞异体真皮基质移植物的影响,确定脱细胞异体真皮基质对放射治疗的耐受剂量。 [方法]48只新西兰大耳白兔腮腺区植入脱细胞异体真皮基质,进行单次放射治疗,根据放疗剂量随机分为6组(0、10、15、20、25、30 Gy)。观察放疗后2、4、8、12周脱细胞异体真皮基质病理变化。[结果]在25 Gy以下放疗剂量时,脱细胞异体真皮基质病理变化与对照组比较差异无显著性意义,在30 Gy放疗剂量时,脱细胞异体真皮基质会出现大量炎症细胞浸润,严重者可发生降解。[结论]脱细胞异体真皮基质的放射耐受剂量(DT)为25 Gy。 |

[Objective]To investigate the effects of radiotherapy dose on the surgical implanted acellular dermal matrix (AMD) of parotid zone.[Methods]All of 48 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups according to received dose of irradiation(0 Gy,10 Gy,15 Gy,20 Gy,25 Gy and 30 Gy) after an acellular dermal matrix implantation surgery of parotid zone.At 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after radiotherapy,pathological changes were observed. [Results]There are no significant difference about pathological changes among the groups of ADMs receiving radiotherapy with dose less than 25 Gy,but in the group with 30 Gy there is inflammatory cell infiltration with ADM degradation.[Conclusions]The maximal irradiation dose tolerance (DT) of implanted acellular dermal matrix is 25 Gy. |
