琥珀酸索利那新治疗TUR-P术后膀胱痉挛20例疗效观察

摘要:

［目的］观察经尿道前列腺电切（TUR-P）术后早期使用琥珀酸索利那新对早期膀胱过度活动症（OAB）症状的临床疗效。［方法］采用随机对照单盲临床实验设计，将入选40例术后患者随机分为两组。实验组（20例）于手术当日起口服索利那新，5 mg/次，至拔管后3 d停药。对照组（20例）膀胱痉挛出现后予以吲哚美辛栓直肠栓剂25 mg镇痛对症处理。［结果］实验组术后每日膀胱痉挛次数、膀胱痉挛平均持续时间、膀胱冲洗转淡时间、拔除导尿管时间、每日排尿次数及急迫性尿失禁次数均少于对照组，平均每次排尿量高于对照组。P均<0.05。［结论］琥珀酸索利那新对于预防和治疗TUR-P术后早期膀胱痉挛有较满意的治疗效果。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the clinical efficacy of solifenacin in the control of bladder spasm of overactive bladder during the early stage after transurethral prostatectomy.［Methods］A single-blind,controlled trial was adopted.Forty patients were randomly divided into solifenacin group and indometacin suppositories group.Solifenacin group received solifenacin (5 mg,QD) after transurethral prostatectomy.Indometacin suppositories group used indometacin suppositories in anus after transurethral prostatectomy.［Results］The numbers of bladder spasm episodes,duration of bladder spasm,the time of baldder perfusion clearance,indwelling catheter delivery in solifenacin group reduced significantly as compared with indometacin suppositories group.After removal of catheter,the numbers of voids per day,mean urine volume per void,number of incontinent episodes in solifenacin group improved significantly as compared with indometacin suppositories group, P<0.05.［Conclusions］Solifenacin is effective in the prevention and treatment of early post-operative bladder spasm.
