摘要:

［目的］评价Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效并探讨其并发症的防治。［方法］回顾性分析对23例难治性青光眼行Ahmed青光眼阀植入术的疗效，主要观察指标为手术前后视力、眼压、并发症及手术成功率等，术后随访6～18月。［结果］术后最佳矫正视力不变8眼 ，提高12眼，下降3眼。术后眼压控制的有效率达到86.96%，术后并发症主要是早期的短暂性浅前房和高眼压，前房积血，以及晚期的滤过道瘢痕纤维化。［结论］Ahmed 引流阀植入术是治疗难治性青光眼比较有效的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the effect of Ahmed glaucoma valve (AGV) implantation for refractory glaucoma,and to prevent the complications.［Methods］Twenty-three patients underwent Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation were summarized retrospectively.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure,postoperative complications and the effective rate were observed comparatively.The mean period of follow-up was 6-18 months.［Results］The postoperative best corrected visual acuities were stable in 8 eyes,dropped in 3 eyes and improved in 12 eyes. The success rate for intraocular pressure was 86.96% after the operation.The common postoperative complications included transient flat anterior chamber and high intraocular pressure in early stage,hyphema,and fibrination in late stage.［Conclusion］Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is one of the effective methods for refractory glaucoma.
