超声斑点追踪成像技术对冠心病患者左室心肌收缩功能的评价作用

摘要:

［目的］探讨应用超声斑点追踪成像（STI）技术对冠心病患者左室心肌收缩功能的评价作用。［方法］应用GE Vivid 7 Dimension 超声心动图仪采集38例冠心病患者（冠心病组）及32例正常人（对照组）左室基底水平、乳头肌水平及心尖部水平18个室壁节段二维灰阶图像。应用GE Echo PAC软件测量左室短轴各室壁节段收缩期峰值径向应变（SR）和周向应变（CS）。［结果］在对照组中，同一水平比较，室间隔心肌的收缩期CS高于其他各个室壁。与对照组相比，冠心病组部分节段心肌收缩期SR 值和CS值差异有显著性意义（P<0.05），且与冠状动脉造影左前降支病变分布范围相一致。［结论］STI能够定位和定量诊断节段性室壁运动异常，评价局部心肌收缩功能。

Abstract:

［Objective］To evaluate the left ventricular myocardial function using speckle tracking imaging (STI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).［Methods］Thirty-eight patients with CHD（CHD group）and 32 healthy volunteers（control group）were enrolled in the study.The two-dimensional images were obtained from GE Vivid 7 Dimension echocardiography and two-dimensional radial strain (SR) and circumferential strain (CS) were analyzed on GE Echo PAC system.Left ventricular peak SR and CS values of basal plane,papillary muscle plane and apical plane during systole were measured.［Results］In the same level,the CS values of anteroseptal showed higher than those of the other segments in control group.Compared to the control group,the ventricular peak SR and CS values in part of segments were lower in CHD (P<0.05).［Conclusion］Regional wall motion of left ventricular in patients with CHD can be evaluated accurately with STI.
