Wnt/β-catenin信号通路是由一系列蛋白组成的一个复杂的蛋白网,它在肿瘤和胚胎的发育中发挥着重要作用。最近研究发现,Wnt/β-catenin信号通路激活导致软骨细胞分化成熟和软骨破坏;Wnt/β-catenin信号通路抑制导致软骨细胞凋亡和关节软骨破坏。该信号通路及其相关分子的异常改变均可能引起骨和软骨代谢的改变,导致骨关节炎的发生。本文就Wnt/β-catenin信号通路在骨关节炎中的发病机制和治疗研究进展进行综述。 |

Abstract: |
As a complex protein network,Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is composed by a series of proteins,which plays an important role in tumors and embryo development.Recent studies found that Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway activated leads to differentiation and maturation of cartilage cells and cartilage damage.Abnormal changes in this signaling pathway and its related molecules were likely to cause changes in bone and cartilage metabolism,leading to osteoarthritis.In this paper,we review the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in pathogenesis and treatment progress of osteoarthritis. |
