Duchenne型肌营养不良症是由于基因突变导致患者肌肉无力乃至死亡的遗传性肌病,目前没有有效措施来进行治疗和阻止病情恶化。本文重点阐述了干细胞移植,如肌肉卫星细胞、成血管细胞、血液源性干细胞、诱导多能干细胞等在治疗肌营养不良动物模型中的作用。与基因治疗相结合,干细胞治疗期待成为肌营养不良症临床治疗的有效方法。 |

Abstract: |
Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a common disabling and lethal genetic disorder.There is no effective way to prevent the disease progression clinically.Here,the therapies on stem cell as satellite cell,mesoangioblast,or induced pluripotent stem cell to DMD was summarized.Stem cell combined with gene therapy holds the promise to be an effective treatment for DMD patients. |
