女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的发病机制目前尚不明确。研究表明,胶原蛋白作为细胞外基质的主要成分,在维持盆底支持组织的弹性和韧性中发挥着重要作用。盆底胶原变化为SUI的重要机制。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)可降解盆底组织胶原,MMPs及其抑制物家族功能异常可能造成盆底胶原组织降解增加,导致SUI的发生。 |

Abstract: |
The pathogenesis of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is unclear up to now.The current study shows that as a main component of the extracellular matrix,collagen plays an important role in maintaining elasticity and tenacity of pelvic supporting structure.Changes of pelvic floor collagen are important mechanism in SUI.Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) can degrade collagen in pelvic floor tissue,the dysfunction of MMPs and their inhibitory family may result in increased degradation of pelvic floor tissue,and induce SUI. |
