静脉尿路造影前快速肠道准备的方法

摘要:

［目的］评价采用不同方法进行快速肠道准备对静脉尿路造影中的成像质量的影响。［方法］入选142例需静脉尿路造影者，分为A组口服甘露醇，B组口服甘露醇加西甲硅油，C组口服聚乙二醇，D组口服聚乙二醇加西甲硅油四种方法肠道准备，清洁肠道后常规静脉尿路造影，评价排便情况及成像质量，判断最佳快速肠道准备方法。［结果］服药后，D组多量腹泻率为83.0%（39/47），C组多量腹泻率为66.7%（16/24），明显高于A组29.3%（12/41）与B组46.7%（14/30）（P<0.05）。C组与D组的成像质量也明显优于A、B二组（P<0.05），且D组优于C组（P<0.05）。 ［结论］常规静脉尿路造影前，口服聚乙二醇加西甲硅油是一种较好的快速肠道准备方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To assess the imaging quality in different methods of rapid bowel preparation for intravenous urography (IVU).［Methods］One hundred and forty-two patients were prepared for IVU,which divided into 4 groups,group A was to take orally mannitol before IVU,group B was to take orally mannitol and simethicone emulsion,group C was to take orally polyethylene glycol,group D was to take orally polyethylene glycol and simethicone emulsion. After the patients carried out the IVU with 4 methods for bowel preparation,evaluation of defecation and the image quality of X-ray film were analyzed. ［Results］The rate of sketch maps diarrhea in group D and C were about 83.0%(39/47),66.7%(16/24) respectively,which was better than that in group A and group B (P<0.05). The image quality of X-ray film in group D and C was better than that in group A and group B as well (P<0.05). And group D showed the best image quality of X-ray film among 4 groups. ［Conclusion］Taking orally polyethylene glycol and simethicone emulsion,is an effective rapid bowel preparation before intravenous urography.
