| 随着不断增加的药品种类，影响药物稳定性的因素也需要引起广泛关注。本文对影响药物配伍稳定性的因素进行了综述，并举例说明常用药物配伍禁忌，旨在提醒同行认真对待药物配伍问题，以期指导临床合理用药，并且尽量避免药物不良反应的发生，了解药物稳定性的影响因素，提高药效，保证安全。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the increasing variety of drugs,the factors affecting drug stability also need to attract attention.The factors are summarized in this paper.Some examples of incompatibility of commonly used drugs are discussed in order to remind that compatibility of drugs is a serious issue,with a view to guide clinical drug use properly,to avoid the incidence of adverse drug reactions,to improve the efficacy,and make safety assured. |
