摘要:

［目的］探讨表皮生长因子受体HER-2/neu在胃癌组织表达的临床病理学意义。［方法］采用免疫组织化学法检测67例胃癌标本HER-2/neu蛋白的表达，并分析检测结果与患者的随访资料及临床病理学参数的关系。［结果］HER-2/neu蛋白在胃癌组织的阳性表达率为22.4%（15/67），而在癌旁正常组织无表达。HER-2/neu表达与患者的性别、年龄、分化程度均无相关关系（P>0.05），而与肿瘤的Lauren分类、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关（P<0.05）。HER-2/neu蛋白表达阳性患者的中位生存期为30.0个月，表达阴性的为50.0个月，二者差异有显著性意义（P<0.05）。运用COX比例风险模型分析提示HER-2/neu和临床分期为胃癌独立预后因素。［结论］检测胃癌组织中HER-2/neu蛋白的表达，有助于判断患者预后。

Abstract:

［Objective］To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(HER)-2/neu in gastric cancer,and its clinicopathologic significance.［Methods］The expressions of HER-2/neu in 67 gastric carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemistry and analyze the relationship of the expression to clinicopathologic data of the patients.［Results］The positive expression of HER-2/neu were detected in 15 of 67 gastric cancer specimens (22.4%),but not in adjacent normal tissue.The expression of HER-2/neu was not correlated to sex,age and histological grades of patients (P>0.05),but to the lauren's classification,lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P<0.05).The median survival time of patients with positive expression of HER-2/neu was 30.0 months,while the patients with negtive was 50.0 months.The difference was significant (P<0.05).Cox multivariate analysis showed that HER-2/neu and clinical stages were independent determinants of overall survival.［Conclusions］Determination of the expression of HER-2/neu in gastric carcinoma tissues might be helpful to determine the prognosis of the patients with gastric carcinoma.
