[目的]探讨通过卵磷脂的摄入改善胎儿生长受限模型子鼠学习记忆能力。[方法]用子宫动脉结扎法建立胎儿生长受限(FGR)模型,受孕大鼠于妊娠第17天行双侧子宫动脉部分结扎术,术后待自然分娩。将筛选出的FGR子鼠随机分为两组:对照组与实验组各10只。实验组额外灌食卵磷脂 100 mg/d,通过对生后40 d子鼠行跳台试验、避暗试验、水迷宫试验进行子鼠空间学习记忆能力的测定及子鼠神经元原位凋亡检测。[结果]实验组子鼠皮层神经细胞的凋亡率平均为(2.2±0.58)个/HP,对照组为(5.08±1.21)个/HP,海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡率:实验组平均为(0.59±0.23)个/HP,对照组为(1.71±0.63)个/HP,实验组与对照组比较,皮层及海马CA1区神经细胞凋亡差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),实验组子鼠空间学习记忆能力较对照组明显上升(P<0.01)。[结论]饮食中增加卵磷脂摄入有助于FGR子鼠神经发育,提高空间学习记忆能力,改善FGR子鼠皮层及海马CAI区神经细胞凋亡。 |

[Objective]To explore the intake of lecithin to improve the learning and memory of fetal growth restriction rat model. [Methods]FGR rat model was created by partial occlusion of bilateral artery on the 17th gestational week.The baby rats were randomly sub-divided into two groups:10 in the experimental group and 10 in control group. Experimental group rats were fed with 100 mg lecithin daily for 40 days after birth.Then they were experimented with platform test,passive avoidance test and water maze test to evaluate the learning and memory of all the rats,and measure neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus.[Results]The radio of neuronal apoptosis in experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,(2.2±0.58)/HP vs (5.08±1.21)/HP in the cortex,P<0.01,and (0.59±0.23)/HP vs (1.71±0.63)/HP in the hippocampus,P<0.01.Spatial learning and memory capacity were significantly increased in the experimental group(P<0.01). [Conclusion]Adding lecithin to diet is helpful to neural development and improvement of spatial learning and memory. It also decreases the neuronal apoptosis in cortex and hippocampus. |
