摘要:

［目的］探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术（UPPP）术后出血原因及预防术后出血的措施。［方法］对286例腭咽成形术术后出血从手术操作、术后治疗、护理等方面进行回顾性分析。采用J.windfuhr及M.SeeHafer出血分度法分为5组。［结果］腭咽成形术术后出血33例，发生率11.54%。其中原发性出血1度出血1例，2度出血2例，3度、4度、5度出血0例；继发性出血1度出血8例，2度出血11例，3度出血11例，4度及5度为0例。原因为术中止血不彻底、术后咳嗽、创面感染、创面白膜脱落。［结论］悬雍垂腭咽成形术后以继发性出血为主。应注意术中彻底止血，并加强术后护理。

Abstract:

［Objective］To discuss the reasons for haemorrhage and how to prevent bleeding after Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP).［Methods］Two hundred and eighty-six patients treated with UPPP were analyzed retrospectively in operative procedure,curing after operation and nursing respects.［Results］There were thirty-three cases to appear bleeding after operation and their incidence rate was 11.54%.Among of these,primary hemorrhage 1 degree occurred in one case,2 degree happened in two cases and there were no cases in 3,4 or 5 degrees. Secondary hemorrhage 1 degree was seen in 8 cases,2 degree was in eleven cases,3 degree was in 12 cases and there were no cases in 4 and 5 degrees.The reasons of bleeding after operation were no-thorough haemostasis in operation,cough after operation,raw surface infection.［Conclusion］The secondary hemorrhage is the main hemorrhage type after UPPP.According to our findings,clinicians can adopt the corresponding means to preclude and reduce hemorrhage after UPPP.
