下腔静脉滤器在下肢深静脉血栓治疗中的临床应用

摘要:

［目的］探讨下腔静脉滤器置入术在治疗下肢深静脉血栓中预防肺动脉栓塞的临床效果。［方法］对2004年4月～2008年4月42例下肢深静脉血栓的患者成功进行下腔静脉滤器置入术资料进行回顾分析。其中男性27例，女性15例，年龄18~83岁。［结果］42例患者无致死性肺动脉栓塞发生。所有病例随访2～24个月，无一例患者出现滤器移位和相关并发症，未出现肺动脉栓塞。［结论］应用下腔静脉滤器置入术预防肺动脉栓塞是简便、安全、有效的方法。

Abstract:

［Objective］To study effect of the vena cava filter in the prevention of critical pulmonary embolism in treating lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (DVT).［Methods］From April 2004 to April 2008,42 filters were implanted in the inferior vena cava below the renal vein in 27 male and 15 female DVT patients,from 18 to 83 years old.［Results］Implantations were found successful in all of the cases after 2 to 24 month following up,with no fatal pulmonary embolism occurred.［Conclusion］Inferior vena cava filter implantation is an easy and safe option to prevent fatal pulmonary embolism.
