大连瓦房店市区肝吸虫病流行病学调查

摘要:
[目的]了解大连的瓦房店市区肝吸虫感染(病)状况。[方法]采用分区定点,随机采样调查法和粪便检查法调查肝吸虫中间宿主淡水鱼虾、保虫宿主猫和狗及周围当地居民肝吸虫感染情况。[结果]检测淡水鱼共10种1127条,检出肝吸虫囊蚴感染鱼646条,感染率为57.32%。棒花鱼囊蚴感染最严重,阳性率为88.30%,并且通过感染猫证实为肝吸虫。所调查人群中未发现肝吸虫感染。[结论]瓦房店市淡水水域鱼体肝吸虫囊蚴严重感染,存在肝吸虫感染和肝吸虫病传播的自然疫源地。

Abstract:
[Objective]To investigate the prevalence of clonorchiasis in Wafangdian of China.[Methods]With random sampling survey method in fixed district,ten species of freshwater fish were collected and tested by squash method and animal inoculation.At the same time,the local inhabitants were investigated by questionnaire,stool detection and medical examination.[Results]There were 10 species of 1127 fishes tested,and metacercarias of liver fluke were found in 646 infected fish,and infection rate was 57.32%.Abbottina rivularis were infected seriously,the infection rate was 88.30%,and adults of liver fluke were confirmed by infecting cats.However,there were no human beings found liver fluke infected.[Conclusion]The infection of metacercaria of local fish was severe in Wafangdian area,where a natural foci of clonorchiasis was.
