| ［目的］探讨眼震电图（electronystagmography，ENG）及铺放海绵垫的静态姿势描记（static posturography，SPG）两种前庭功能检查在中老年眩晕者诊断中的意义。［方法］应用ENG与SPG对96例40~69岁的眩晕患者进行检查。［结果］96例患者中ENG异常者70例（72.92%），SPG异常者84例（87.50%），两项结果均异常者66例（68.75%）、均无阳性发现者8例（8.33%）。［结论］ENG与SPG是重要的前庭功能检查方法，二者联合应用能够提高前庭功能检查的敏感度，为眩晕性疾病的诊断提供依据。 |

| ［Objective］To detect the significance of the electronystagmography (electronystagmography,ENG) and the static posturography (static posturography,SPG) in the vestibular function examination in adult and senior patients suffering vertigo.［Methods］Ninety-six,40 to 69 years old vertigo patients were examined with static posturography (SPG) by stanging on a foam with closing eyes and then with electronystagmography (ENG).［Results］ENG abnormal were 70 in the 96 cases (72.92%).SPG abnormal were 84 of them (87.50%).Patients with both abnormal were 66 (68.75%).Eight patients showed no positive finding (8.33%).［Conclusion］The combination of ENG and SPG is valuable in the diagnosis of vertigo by improving the sensitivity of vestibular function examination. |
