颈椎三维有限元模型的建立方法与评价

摘要:
有限元分析法是用于结构分析的矩阵方法,将一个由无限个质点构成并且有限个自由度的连续体划分成有限个小单元所组成的集合体。应用有限元分析法可对颈椎在生理、病理以及不同治疗条件下的生物力学特性进行分析,本文详细阐述了建立颈椎有限元模型的四项基本原则(解剖轮廓、材料特性、边界条件和模型验证)及其实现方法,展望了有限元法应用于颈椎生物力学研究的前景。

Abstract:
Finite element analysis is a matrix method for structure analysis. It divides a continuum composed of infinite material points and finite degree of freedom into an aggregation with finite small units. Finite element analysis is used to analyze the biomechanical properties of cervical vertebra under pathologic, physiologic and different treatment conditions. The four basic principles (anatomy, material properties, boundary conditions and validation) and some methods for establishment of finite element model of human cervical spine are set particularly in the article. In addition, the application of finite element analysis in cervical biomechanics study is prospected.
