| ［目的］探讨银染法观察葡萄球菌生物被膜方法的可靠性。 ［方法］ 建立细菌生物被膜，分别用银染法和扫描电镜进行观察。［结果］ 银染后普通光学显微镜观察和扫描电镜观察生物被膜的结果完全相符。［结论］ 用银染法观察细菌生物被膜的变化方便、可靠。 |

| ［Objective］ To investigate the reliability of silver staining method observing Staphylococcus bio-film. ［Methods］ Silver staining method and scanning electron microscopy were used to observe Staphylococcus bio-film. ［Results］ It had no difference to observe bio-film from general optical microscope and scanning electron microscopy. ［Conclusion］ It is reliable and simple to observe the Staphylococcus bio-film with silver staining method. |
